Privacy policy
PSP Consultancy ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website handles and why, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, as they apply to us.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or use the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to give: name, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message. The enquiry form opens your own email app. This website does not store the form content.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server logs such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics at the time of writing. Fonts are served from our own domain. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask for, and to meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
With service providers that help us operate (email, hosting, document tools) and, where you engage us, with authorities or our affiliate PSP & Associates when needed to deliver the engagement, or where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as needed to respond. Engagement records are kept for the period required by law and professional practice.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to caparagpanjwani@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and within any period the law sets. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India as the law provides.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
This policy is a plain-language statement for a small advisory practice and should be reviewed by legal counsel before it is relied on as the firm's definitive position.
